Herne Bay Judo Club is committed to keeping all its members safe. In particular we have adopted certain practices and policies to help us enforce best practices regarding the safeguarding and protection of children and vulnerable adults .

Safe Landings

All our coaches are required to have undertaken DBS checks and completed child protection and safeguarding courses. Without these they wouldn't be allowed to coach.

Furthermore we have appointed a Club welfare Officer who can be contacted in the event you have any queries or concerns regarding child welfare or safety. The Club welfare officer is an impartial person who will investigate and take any concerns seriously without prejudiced or bias.
